AmCham Denmark is pleased to invite members to a virtual Briefing on Executive Order on Setting Restrictions on Investment in Countries of Concern hosted by U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The Biden Administration issued an Executive Order on “Investments in Certain National Security Technologies and Products in Countries of Concern” on August 9. The Executive Order addresses restrictions on U.S. investments in China.
The U.S. Chamber has received requests from multiple AmChams and embassies to learn more about the EO as Europe evaluates how this impacts their position on Chinese investments.
Please join us for a briefing with John Murphy Senior Vice President for International Policy and Acting Head of International at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The briefing will be open to European embassies in Washington and AmChams in Europe. This is a closed, off-the-record discussion that is not open to the press.
