Event Description
AmCham’s HR Committee is pleased invite members & stakeholders to an event on Artificial Intelligence in Organizational HR - A Legal & Compliance Discussion.
As organizations start to utilize AI within their HR function and beyond, it becomes important to understand the legal and regulatory landscape. With a practical view on how AI is being incorporated into the work streams of organizations in general, we will engage with experts who will provide insights into data privacy & security, along with ethical considerations such as discrimination, fairness, transparency and accountability.
