AmCham Denmark, in partnership with Kromann Reumert and Foley & Lardner, is pleased to invite members and partners to a timely discussion on “The Evolution of International Trade Compliance and Enforement”, with a focus on current US/EU trade compliance topics and trends.
The international trade compliance and enforcement landscape is constantly evolving. New issues emerge and areas of focus change. Companies and individuals with responsibility and oversight in this area must stay up-to-date with these changes in the U.S., Denmark and the EU and modify legal risk assessments and internal controls accordingly
Our experts, Greg Husisian, Partner, Foley & Lardner and Hans Jakob Folker, Partner, Kromann Reumert will address:
• New “Know Your Customer” and “Know Your Supplier” expectations of regulators
